Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website uaevisaphoto.online and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
The Service helps you create digital identity-style photos sized for common UAE visa, Emirates ID and passport uploads. You capture or upload a photo, pay a one-time fee, and we run AI background removal, then unlock downloadable JPEG files.
We are not affiliated with ICA, ICP, GDRFA or any UAE government authority. Portal rules change; you remain responsible for checking the latest photo requirements before submitting an application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. You must have the right to use any photo you upload (your own likeness or lawful consent from the person shown).
3. Orders, payment and delivery index
- Prices are shown at checkout (default USD). Payment is processed by Stripe.
- AI generation runs only after Stripe confirms a successful payment.

Each successful generation creates a unique delivery index (URL like
/success/?id=uvp_…). Keep that link private. - Generated photos remain available via that index for 7 days, then are automatically deleted. Download and store your own copies if you need them longer.
- One Stripe checkout session maps to one delivery pack (reopening the success flow reuses the same index).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or non-consensual images of other people;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the API or payment flow;
- Resell the Service as a white-label without our written permission;
- Use the Service to create forged official documents or misrepresent identity.
5. Refunds
If AI processing fails after a successful charge and we cannot deliver downloads, contact us with your Stripe receipt for a refund or retry. Subjective dissatisfaction with a selfie (pose, expression, lighting) is not automatically refundable after a successful generation — you may capture again and purchase a new pack.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any government portal will accept a given photo. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including delayed visa applications).
8. Intellectual property
Site design, branding and software remain ours. You retain rights in your original photo. You grant us a limited licence to process the photo solely to provide the Service for your order.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
